Conducted a competitive analysis by examining websites offering similar services. The goal was to understand the existing landscape, identify design patterns, and ensure consistency for users. This also helped in pinpointing areas where my design could offer improvements.

Visited the Hammam Bath House in Malaga, Spain, to gain a deeper understanding of the environment I aimed to reflect in my site. Additionally, I observed other customers to better understand the target customer base.

Developed various personas representing potential users of the site. This allowed me to view the designs from their perspectives, considering what they would want to see, understand, and interact with.
